"Anna and I totally loved Pimonte. The town is peaceful and beautiful, everybody was amazingly friendly, warm, and welcoming. The busses between Pimonte and Amalfi/Castellammare were just enough to get around. It's a beautiful place without overly many tourists. We would definitely recommend the place to friends and relatives."

"Beautiful and friendly village in the mountains we recommend visiting. *Be aware that it might be challenging to get there, with narrow roads that twist and turn like a slalom course. Take it slow and stay alert!"

"Pimonte wasn't our destination - we came to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum - but it was where we found Villa Somma which fitted our accommodation needs perfectly. However, we enjoyed Pimonte more than the archaeological sites - and the Amalfi Coast. Quiet, picturesque, friendly, convenient and with the best ( and probably cheapest) Italian food we have ever enjoyed. Bits are picture postcard, bits aren't - which is just as we like it. We enjoyed watching the very diligent street sweeper in the early morning removing every last piece of rubbish ( thankfully there were very few), with his Tuk Tuk and witches broom - we thought of Trigger.
